Our car's motor died on the way to the freeway while traveling through Ventura. Fortunately a young couple stopped to help us. They told us of a free towing service offer in Ventura offered by AWS Automotive.
At AWS Automotive we were met with Larry who treated us with great respect. He arranged for us to be taken to a car rental agency and advised us to phone him the next day regarding their findings. This we did and were given the option of replacing the motor or repairing it as well as advised of the respective prices. We decided to have it repaired and after several days we were able to drive home.
A few days later we received a phone call from Larry asking how the car performed. We found this to be most unusual since we had never had such a phone call from other service agencies. It was most appreciated.
We later advised Larry that we had taken the car into our local agency which we have used for many years. They advised that the motor was fine and that the repair price was most fair.
Several days ago we received a card from AWS Automotive entitled, "Just A Quick Note To Say Thanks!" Again we found this to be most unusual since we had never received such a kind word of thanks from other agencies. So is it any wonder we want to recommend AWS Automotive to everyone?
