Just picked up my truck, had some front end work on it. Its drives perfect! But the main reason I write is to praise the honesty of Larry and his staff go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied! I don't write things like this but I was highly impressed and now they have a customer for life!

What I love about AWS Automotive is that I really feel I can trust them. As as salesperson I can hear a sales pitch a mile away. I'm not the type to write reviews about any sort of business, good or bad, but I felt a very strong need to write this one. With an automotive shop, I've never been so pleased. I spoke with Caleb for the most part and he is the definition of excellent customer service. My 99 Chevy Tahoe is in great shape now with new brake pads, resurfaced rotors, realigned drums in the rear and they even through in a radiator cap because the old one wasn't doing the job. I'm very pleased with the service and especially the customer service that I had received. Being a female, most shops assume that women know nothing about auto repair and try to pull one over your head cost wise - AWS Automotive did not!

From the time I initially called Jeff to the time I picked the van up I was treated with courtesy and respect. My "03 VW euro van had always been taken to Barber VW, however for the 80,000 their estimate was far more than a senior on a fixed income could handle these days. Hit the yellow pages, called around, was not overly impressed with any responses I got until I called AWS. Less the 2/3 the cost of Barber just as kind, courteous and helpful, if not more so. AWS Automotive was a great experience. I took my BMW 330xi in for repairs and an oil change and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Our car's motor died on the way to the freeway while traveling through Ventura. Fortunately a young couple stopped to help us. They told us of a free towing service offer in Ventura offered by AWS Automotive. At AWS Automotive we were met with Larry who treated us with great respect. He arranged for us to be taken to a car rental agency and advised us to phone him the next day regarding their findings. This we did and were given the option of replacing the motor or repairing it as well as advised of the respective prices. We decided to have it repaired and after several days we were able to drive home. A few days later we received a phone call from Larry asking how the car performed. We found this to be most unusual since we had never had such a phone call from other service agencies. It was most appreciated. We later advised Larry that we had taken the car into our local agency which we have used for many years. They advised that the motor was fine and that the repair price was most fair. Several days ago we received a card from AWS Automotive entitled, "Just A Quick Note To Say Thanks!" Again we found this to be most unusual since we had never received such a kind word of thanks from other agencies. So is it any wonder we want to recommend AWS Automotive to everyone?

For 22 years AWS Automotive has provided the quality and prompt service necessary to keep my transportation service as well as my personal vehicles on the road.
